After considerable negotiation, the Senate will consider new climate change legislation the week of June 2. Senators Boxer (D-CA), Lieberman (I-CT) and Warner (R-VA) have worked feverishly for several months to improve America’s Climate Security Act, S. 2191. The next step will be hard debate when the new legislation goes to the Senate Floor.
