WHAT: Progressives and Libertarian Public Dialogue on Climate Change

The Music of U2 Refreshing the Liturgy of Social Justice on November 2nd 2007. Capital District Progressive Christians will present an evening of lively worship, progressive community, and social justice opportunities at Page Hall, SUNY Albany. You'll have a chance to meet and worship with activists from the region who are working on the UN Millenium Goals, and sign to sign onto the their projects that interest you. Put it on your calendar. I'll post reminders here and new information as it becomes available.

Tonight we will meet for the first time, and we will meet whether we are 1 or 100. It is to be hoped that we will have a part in developing the Recovering Our Voices conferences being planned for March 07 by the Religious Right Taskforce of the Interfaith Alliance of New York State. We need to develop a strategy for bringing college age people into the work.

While we have received a good number of indications of interest, we have only received 1 confirmation so the meeting location is being changed.
